If you are a jaws user. Insert F11 will bring up the system tray. Arrow through this to see if Dropbox is there.
Also if you go to computer, hard drive, users, main user(whatever it's named). There should be a dropbox folder. If you put files or folders in here, it should sync up with dropbox.
