Ah, I see. That would be a convenient app. I don't know of an app that would do this, but I'd be interested in one if it exists. BTW, I've used different web sites to do this in the past. I'd have to go Googling to figure out which one I've used before.

e replies. I have taken a look at the world clock tab in the clock app and that is
ok but Siri will only tell me the time right now in another location. What I want is
to be able to ask her "If it is 8pm in New York, what time will it be in
Sydney? she couldn't answer that. Perhaps I didn't ask her correctly? I am wanting
something where I can put a time like 8pm New York and find out what time that will
be in Sydney, australia. I can work it out from the world clock tab but am lazy and
would much rather have something work it out for me lol.
thanks though as I didn't know the world clock tab existed and it was there
under my nose the whole time - grin.
Thanks again,

Hi,

You really don't need an app for that since you can get that information
both from SIRI or the regular clock app that is on your iPhone.

If you have SIRI just ask SIRI what the time is for wherever you want to
know it for. E.g. What is the time in Buenos Aires? What is the time in
Bangkok? What is the time in Paris? You can ask for the time in a city or
even in a country like What is the time in Thailand? However, if a country
has more than one time zone it will give you the time for that country's
capital, e.g. What is the time in Canada? You will get the answer for the
time in Ottawa which is Eastern time which of course would be very different
from Vancouver.

The native clock app on the iPhone also has a Worldclock, it's the very left
tab on the bottom. Here you can add cities and see the local time in those
cities.

Sieghard
