In Canada the Penny which just like Dimes and Quarters is the same size as the American Penny has been officially discontinued as of February 2. I still come across a few at my store, but as the banks get them they are returned to the Mint where they do whatever with them. I have used rubber cement and attached two pennies along the front edge of the Stand Scan and one penny at the top of the phone when the camera was over the hole. Now I just slide the phone against the pennies and I know it will be in the proper location for a good scan.
