Hi Simon, the screen curtain is activated by doing a three finger triple tap, and to shut it off, you do another three finger triple tap.
I don't know if the gesture is the same if you don't use accessibility, or if you use Zoom alone, but I believe that the gesture switches from a three finger triple tap to a three finger quadruple tap when Voiceover is running in conjunction with Zoom.
