Thanks for all the help on this, especially the tip on how to sync in
both directions. I think my problem was I didn't place the file in the
access note folder under dropbox but rather in a separate folder. I
love having the flexibility to work on documents on my phone and now I
should be able to move them back and forth without losing any of my
changes.
