Hi Kimber,
Usually I do these steps:
1) I run DropBox app;
2) I locate the folder where the .txt file is;
3) I click on the folder name to show its file list;
4) I locate and click the .txt file I wish to open;
5) after it's opened, in the low part of the screen I will find four
buttons. One of them is "Export", I guess the third.
6) I click the "Export" button;
7) from the opened menu, I click "Open in";
8) I will see the list of apps to edit a .txt files;
9) one of that apps is "accessNote";
10 I click on it and I will have the file in the AccessNote app, I
guess in edit mode.
I hope it could help you too.
Warmly,
Mario.

Well, I did open the file in dropbox, but I wasn't sure what app I was
using to edit the file when I did that because it just opened when I
double tapped it. Is there some way to tell dropbox I want to open in
access note?
Conversely, when I open access note (I mean the app itself), I'm not
sure how to find the file I want to work on. How do I tell access note
to look in the dropbox folder?
Thanks,
Kimber
