It's definitely possible to edit a file in AccessNote and then edit it on
your computer and then in AccessNote again. Here's how.
Put the file in Dropbox/Apps/AFB_AccessNote. Then open AccessNote and choose
Sync, assuming you've already set up Dropbox in AccessNote. The file should
show up in your list of files in AccessNote. Be sure the file is closed on
your computer before editing it in AccessNote, and when you're done, back
out of it to the main file list and press Sync. Similarly, if you want to
edit it on your computer, be sure it's closed in AccessNote and do your
editing. Then the next time you open AccessNote, press Sync before you open
the file. You should find all your changes. I've done this several times,
and it has always worked just fine. The only tricky thing is remembering to
press the Sync button.

Keep a couple things in mind here. If you edit a note in Access note and
then sync to drop box, it will replace the file of the same name in drop
box
if you have one there.
You don't have to export the file from drop box to be able to read it in
drop box. But, the sync is a one way sync only. So, if you write a file
in
access note and send it to drop box, then go edit it in drop box, and
then
go back to access note and sync, the edits you made in the drop box
version
will be lost. This is because access note always uses the file in the
actual
app to replace the one in drop box. There may be a way around this, but I
haven't found it.
At least, this is my experience. So if you want to edit a file, make sure
you edit it in the access note app and not in drop box.
