Hi Geoff, You will find this setting in Settings>Mail, then go in to the specific account by tapping on it. The setting is in there somewhere. I am currently on hold on a call on my phone so can't give you the specific steps. However, it is in this area, if you can't find it, let me know and I will document the exact steps.
