1. Open up Contacts on your Nokia phone and select all contacts; transfer 
them to your SIM card.  Go to Contacts, Options, Mark All.  Then go to 
Options, Copy, Copy Contacts and select SIM as your choice of memory.
2. Remove the SIM from your Nokia and place it in your iPhone.
3. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > Import SIM contacts.
