If you go into settings phone, and the name of your carrior such as AT&T, you'll find a list of numbers you can reach directly from your iPhone such as "pay my bill. In my case, I have a debit card and all I have to do is to punch the number 1 key a few times and my bill is paid. They even send me a free text message that shows the amount of my payment and that's my receipt too. It's totally accessible and no need for yet another app.
