I am very tired of certain people on this list complaining about the miss-spellings and incorrect grammar used by senders. This is an international list. There are people from all over the world here whose first language is not English. Perhaps if you tried to ask a question in Japanese, you might have the same difficulty being understood. If you want to answer an email and give helpful information, I see no reason to insult the sender by asking them to re-send just because you don't think their messages uses proper English. If you really can't understand the question, you will certainly need more information. However, in this particular instance, the senders message was clear enough to be dealt with. So deal with it or not, but let's stop insulting people who are at least willing to use the grammar they have at their disposal to increase their knowledge.
