I am very tired of certain people on this list complaining about the
miss-spellings and incorrect grammar used by senders. This is an
international list. There are people from all over the world here whose
first language is not English. Perhaps if you tried to ask a question in
Japanese, you might have the same difficulty being understood. If you want
to answer an email and give helpful information, I see no reason to insult
the sender by asking them to re-send just because you don't think their
messages uses proper English. If you really can't understand the question,
you will certainly need more information. However, in this particular
instance, the senders message was clear enough to be dealt with. So deal
with it or not, but let's stop insulting people who are at least willing to
use the grammar they have at their disposal to increase their knowledge.

I was actually referring to the entire message which has grammatical errors
and needlessly challenges one's comprehension of the written word. I
followed your link and took a look at the app and installed anyways since
