Hi Ramy, from your pc or from your iPhone can you find out the ip address of your router, if you can find out its ip address and login to the device you can see a list of all devices, both wired and wireless that are connected to it.
If you need more specific instructions just ask and I`m sure one of can send some general instructions regarding how to do this.
