Hi Ariana, The recommended thing to do here is to turn the phone off completely as Lauren already advised and then to stick it in a bowl filled with rice. You want to completely cover it with rice and this will draw out any moisture. Leave it there for 2 to 3 days. If your iPhone is your primary phone this of course might be hard to do, but it beats having to replace it. Give us an update as to how it works out.
