I have both an iPad mini and an iPhone 4s. If I could only have one, I would choose the iPhone. While the mini has the larger screen which is easier to navigate on those small websites, and I can see the screen much better when watching tv, I use my iPhone about 10 times as much. Like reading and responding to this email.
