Hi, I don't see how an SD card or, bluetooth connection would matter unless, your saying someone tethers their reader to a device that does have internet connectivity like a smartphone tablet or computer.
BTW, by internet connectivity, I wasn't necessarily speaking of a cellular radio but, wifi. Are you saying many of these devices have WIFI? Book sense, stream, etc?
