Raul, I took a look at the M 50 and noticed below at the M 55. It seemed to have a few more features that I hope will be accessible because I went ahead and ordered it. It was about $13 more.
It has some service they call Vocalizer that will read messages, email and news, etc. they say the service is free for a year, but I did not find how much it would be after that. I don't know if anyone has tested this for accessibility. I did not have anyone around to look at the difference in profile between the two models. From the reviews I read, it sounds like they are about the same thing. I will be anxious to get a hold of it and will let you know.
