Hi there. Unfortunately these series of earpieces or headsets do not start and 
stop audio playback when you press the talk button. I feel that is probably one 
of their only flaws. I also have the Motorola S 11 headset which is a stereo 
headset covering both ears and looping around the back of your head. The talk 
button will pause and play music as well as answer phone calls. If I can find a 
single earpiece Bluetooth headset who's talk button will also start and stop 
music I might consider that one over the Plantronics.
