Hello, No. The pop up windows are not like containers. Like Raul mentioned I think, they are like dialog boxes on Windows or a Mac. Except, they contain much more information. Its just IOS's way of maximizing the extra space on the screen I guess. Voiceover focus is automatically brought to the pop up window, just like when you activate an element, lets say, general in settings, and you are brought to the next page.
