This is an interesting discussion
What happens width notifications coming one after another speech is interrupted 
when new notifications come in. How are  notifications handled with Braille 
have not played with it I think Apple will need to come up with some kind of an 
indexing system where things that need to be spoken or shown have a next index 
item or something to that effect
