Hi everyone,
I was trying to connect my Apex to my iPhone earlier and failed
multiple times. I have successfully connected them before. When
I tried to connect them this morning, I got the message that the
Apex was not supported. I have gotten this message before, but
the devices always connected after I restarted the phone by
pressing the power button five times quickly. Today, however, I
tried this several times, with no success. It seemed that my
only option was to have the iPhone forget the Apex. I did this,
thinking that it would still see it and I would have to pair the
devices again, but now it doesn't see the Apex at all. Is there
anything I can do to get my devices to reconnect?
Jess
