Hi Tara,
If you turn off VO when you ask Siri a question and she comes back with a 
question for you, you should hear the little ding which means you can talk.

this will happen automagically.

So if she asks you a yes or no question, right after she asks you, you should 
hear the little ding. Just go ahead and answer her.

That's what I tried earlier but it comes out as a new command.. Certain command 
could be easy to integrate which I don't think work with Siri. Such as copy 
this to clipboard etc.
