At this point I don't think you can, the Edit option in the rotor is only available in an edit field. I am not sure if as a sighted person it is possible to copy text in, for example, Safari, but I also think it would be nice if one could copy text anywhere. Something to write to [email protected] about. I thought at that point I needed to use the rotor to select edit, copy but there is no edit option on the rotor when I'm reading an online article and it is definitely turned on in the settings.
