Alan, you can use VoiceOver to relabel the name announced for the app on your iPhone, but you cannot change the name of the app or its associated application file name stored in your iTunes library. The reason is that the App Store keeps track of your purchases based on the actual application versions you bought. If you try to load the Tap Forms app onto another device, and select the regular (paid, not Lite) version, you'll be charged for it, because there will be no record of your purchasing that version. To access a working copy if the full version in your case, you'd have to download another copy of the Tap Forms Lite version, and then restore updates within the app. Keeping the original name (with the LT) is a way of reminding you about this, so you do not get charged twice.
