Hi Alan, firstly, thank you so much for putting me on to this app. It is 
exactly what I needed. 
I downloaded the lite version first  and when you go to purchase the full 
version, it does tell you that the app name will not change from the lt 
version. I agree, it creates confusion. I am going to just rename the app using 
voiceover  - basically just calling it Tap Forms without the Lt. It does also 
say that you have to purchase separate copies for your mac and ipad. I also use 
an ipad for work so will most likely end up doing this as it is going to be so 
useful. When I do that though, I'll go straight to the paid version in the App 
Store and pay for it directly for my ipad. I am assuming then that it will be 
simply called Tap Forms. I wonder if an email to the dev could change the name 
and remove the Lite when you upgrade via in app purchasing? He seems pretty 
responsive looking over his blog briefly.
