I don't see it yet in the Canadian app store, but here is a message from the

The update to Talking Goggles was finally approved by Apple, and it is
available in the app store once again. There are still some stability issues
with it, we will submit a further update to Apple as soon as possible.

I see talking goggles is back in the app store and there's an update, so
installed the update.  Still doesn't work for me though.  I deleted the app
and reinstalled from the purchased list under updates.  Oddly, there are two
entries for talking goggles in the list and they appear to be the same.  
I installed one and then an update button was present instead of the install
button. And, I still can't get it to give any feedback at all.  

Anyone  else tried it with success?
