By the way, the first time I spoke with Plantronics support they had me reset all Radio devices. Yesterday they told me to hold down the power button and home button at the same time until I saw the Apple restart. I cannot say this has fixed the problem. It seems when I call myself to test it, things work fine. It is when I am receiving an actual call and need it to work it does not.
