Hello. I have had the best luck using the Plantronics M 50. I did not try the M55, however I did try the M155 and m165. I have never had to turn voiceover off when using any of these headsets. Some have worked better with voiceover than others, but all were usable. The thing I did not like about the newer headsets was the extra features that supposedly made it a better headset. Going more simple and cheaper was the way for me using Vlthe M50.
