Eric, yes, that is what happened with the M55 that I purchased. Siri would not work using the headset button or the home button pressed and held. Siri would open, but would not perform any commands. Voiceover would not speak at all. The problem that you described is exactly what was happening with the M165. I could also turn it off and back on again to answer a call. I had no problems answering calls on the m55. Today, I purchased the plantronics voyager legend. I am happy to say that it is working very well!
