Hi Chris and others, Does this process go by some sort of name? I'd like to read a bit more about it. When I tried running a Google search for "reset iPod Touch 5th gen" I ended up with lots of iPod pages or old nonexistent iPod Touch webpages on Apple site. Thanks.
