Hello Donna, You need to have an Amazon account set up beforehand, and then using the same username and password entered into the Kindle app on your iPhone. Now you can go on the desktop and orderbooks, and it will automatically sync to your iPhone. You can also use The search option on Safari, to find the Kindle store. Once you are there, you can enter your Amazon account information and buy books directly from there. Good luck!
