Have you checked settings, WI-FI, WI-FI. This a toggle. Is WI-FI actually
turned on?

was strange was I never was asked to either join a network or press
cancel.
The network that was on my phone was not mine, but one close to my house.
The physical therapy office is very near my house. Not close enough to

everything?
