Hi Ari, If you upgrade over the air the file has to first download, then probably expand and install. iOS 7 as a full download on the PC is well over 1 Gb in size and while the over the air file maybe smaller it will still be a large file and most applications have certain space requirements which maybe be more for the installation process where temporary files are created and later cleaned up/deleted. I personally prefer to upgrade via iTunes especially when it's a major update like from one complete version of iOS to the next. I get much more feedback that way.
