Hi: I've never had this problem on a 4 or 5. I'll find out about the 5s soon as mine is supposed to ship within 1/3 business days. I ordered the Silver because I was told that the Gold one looked like it was Pink. I also dropped into a Verizon store on Friday and they didn't even get any 64gb phones let alone a Gold one. Oh well!
