No it won't and Apple has stopped signing iOS 6 so downgrading is no
longer an option. In future perhaps wait a while before upgrading. But I
appreciate many of you including myself upgrade to join the crowd only
for some of us to be disappointed. This is Apple's own policy and not a
technical one.
