HI Eileen, iExplorer is an app which runs on your Mac, which allows you to see your phone's file system and move files to and from it.
My thought was that perhaps it might allow people to remove the unwanted OS download from their phone to free up the space they need. Now, I have no idea whether this will work but I thought I'd just put it out there for people.
