OK. I am now in Accessibility. I have just double tapped VoiceOver On, followed by the same for VoiceOver Practice. The toggle switch is set to "Handwriting help' in other words, if I touch that toggle it says, "general help" and I am not double tapping it. Now, when I touch the screen VO says, "Touch, draw letters and numbers on the screen to input text..."
I thought that this was a place where I could practie my handwriting on the screen. Is my expectation wrong? You do need to have selected it so that it can appear on the rotor, but you can have the rotor set to anything you like when you go to VoiceOVer settings and double-tap the VoiceOver Practice button.
