Hi, As with general help, VoiceOVer tells you what gestures you are making and what they will do. To write letters and have VoiceOVer tell you what they are, open a note or some other app where you can enter text and try drawing letters with your finger. After you draw a letter and lift your finger, VoiceOVer tells you what you wrote.
