Same basic question, but when I got my iPad I downloaded apps from the store under purchased. Did not understand I would have to restore. This was a few weeks ago when everything was 7.0. My phone remains with everything the way I want it. Question: is there now any way to re-sync my iPad to iPhone moving all apps and settings over or am I stuck doing all by hand? Same question for an upgraded phone. I have a few items I absolutely want to transfer both to my iPad and eventually a new phone. Please if describing, go step-by-step. I do not want to guess on this. I will do all by hand, but it would be much easier for me if it could just sync exactly like the phone, of course understanding the iPad is different in some ways! Thank you in advance. Perhaps I got just a bit ahead of myself and should have waited until the fire of 7.02 died down before I tried to be a techie! :)

Apps might have iPad specific code so would change when it discovered what it was running on, but no reason not to work. There's an option to make small screen apps to fill the larger iPad screen.
