I used a Magpul Field Case with my iPhone 4 for the past year and slapped my new 5s into one as soon as it came out of the box. I'm worried about the screen though, particularly over hazards when it's just riding in my pocket. So I ordered a Bear Motion folio type case from Amazon yesterday for times when I'm out without a messenger bag or briefcase and the phone has to reside in a tight jeans ppocket.
