Yes, this iPhone 4 is for my friend.
and yes, restoring the iPhone 4 will do that I want. even though, when I
connect the iPhone 4 to my computer, iTunes says that the iPhone can not be
connected, and I have to entry a passcode. In my iPhone 4 appears the sign
of entry your passcode, and it is numeric., but I never applied a passcode
to this iPhone.
So I am not able to restore my old iPhone 4, because iTunes says that I need
to type the passcode in my iPhone, and because of that, it can not be
connected.
I don't know why my old iPhone 4 is doing it, I guess it is jealous because
the new iPhone 5s. Even though, I have not idea what to do, it is the first
time that I see this kind of things in my iPhone. I typed the passcode of my
iPhone 5s, and it didn't work. I typed the passcode of my iPhone 4, a
passcode that I used a long time ago, and it didn't work. Help!!!!

I thought you are giving this iPhone to somebody else? Why not just
restore
it so it sits at the setup screen and then let the new owner do their own
thing, chances are they want to set up their own Apple Id.
If it is a 4-digit numeric code then it is a "passcode" not a "password".
This has nothing to do with your Apple ID unless somehow by signing up the
old 4 on your Apple ID the passcode was synced via iCloud, but I didn't
think it would do this.
Anyhow, Fanus in South Africa said he had the same problem, he opted not
to
use a passcode during the setup process and later on it asked for one. I
can
only assume that this is some sort of bug, of course it's a bad bug if
this
really happens since if you don't choose a passcode and then it asks for
one
you have no idea.
Anyhow, I would just hook it to iTunes and restore it again, then when
it's
finished just give it to you rfriend.
There are so many variables here that it is really hard to say for sure
what
is happening.

it is a problem with the apple iD, because of these; 1. When I setup my
iphone 5s, I had my iPhone 4 off, and restored.
2. Later when i finished the restore in my iPhone 4, I use the same apple
account that I have in my iPhone 5s. Later I turned off my iphone 4.
3. Today I tried to use the iPhone 4, without cell provider, and the
password appeared. i never gave a password to that iPhone 4.
4. I signed out of apple account in my computer, and later I started to
get
the following problems.
4.1. I am not able to create another apple account, to be use in my iPhone
4.
4.2. I am not able to get my email from my iphone 5s.
So i think that something is happening with the access. More over my
iPhone
4 says iPhone disable.
