Not sure if there is anything to do about this but: I had a 4S and upgraded to a 5C. They were able to transfer most of my info to the new phone. However, some of my pictures didn't transfer. Anything I can try to retrieve them? I think that everything was backed up to the cloud but I wasn't sure why some of the pictures did transfer and some didn't. I did call the store as soon as I realized this had happened but they had already wiped the old phone. Thanks.
