Thank you Sieghard! This was the problem with my contacts. Will try to ascertain further info from my friend when we Facetime later, but I know she is using VO and that she had no problem until 7. Now it has become worse with 703. She said it deleted right under her fingers as she was trying to skip quickly through an email besides just putting them in trash when she had never read them.
