I'm guessing this suggestion would have been included within one of the resets you tried, but once I had to go through the process of telling my phone to Forget this network" or something like that, and it fixed whatever the problem I was having at the time.
In Settings find your WiFi network , flick right to More Info, then double tap and on the next screen flick right through the screen until it gets to Forget this network." And press OK or whatever it tells you to do. Then go back to Settings WiFi look for networkds to join , click on your network and reenter your password. I can't imagine this would work given all you've been through, but at least I wanted to throw it out there. We all hope you can get this fixed.
