I think that there should be some consideration given to the fact that a blind 
person is at a huge disadvantage when taking pictures, and may need to have 
several tries before getting an acceptable result. This is why a time based 
plan may be better for a blind person than paying by picture count alone.

The blurry pictures will count toward the credits. The reason for it is because 
the image was sent to us, then identified by us, and then sent back to your 
phone. The reason that "Failed to send" or "timed out" won't count is because 
those pictures never reach our service, so we never get to identify them.

To your second post, we will look into it as something for the future. A few 
other people have also suggested it. We'll see if it's possible to add that 
feature in without ruining the user experience.

  It goes from the date of purchase. As you said, i.e. Nov. 7th to Dec. 6th. 
Then when you attempt to take another picture after those dates a message for 
subscription will appear.

        No, it does not have an expiration date. That package is good until you
