I'd be surprised if you could update to IOS 7.0, 7.0.1, 7.0.2 or
anything other than 7.0.3 right now.

Where are we on iOS 7 in terms of recommendations to upgrade, not
upgrade, etc.? My iPhone 4S is still on iOS 6, and I have no real
reason to upgrade. Still, I’d like to know my options in case one
evening I get the motivation to check out some of the features,
including the handwriting capability. Thanks for any current reports.
