when I put the two phones together, the 4 and the 5c, they are the same width, but the 5c is a bit longer.
I had to get a case for my new 5c because I kept dropping it. the plastic makes it a little slipperier then my old 4 was. the case solved the dropping problem. I just got a cheap $5 case from walmart, made of rubber.
