Before you contact Time Warner which has horrible tech support unless
you are able to get to their level 3 staff, unplug both the Time
Warner box and your router. Then first plug in the Time warner box and
wait a few minutes. Then plug in the router. I would suggest as
previously suggested to reboot your phone first. Obviously it has the
correct settings since it worked yesterday.
