I know you got some other good suggestions. Sounds like the problem is between your router and your modem, but this doesn't explain why you only see the problem on your Apple devices. Another thing to try would be to reset your network settings on your iPhone and then reenter them. I hope you figure it out.

BTW, your message showed up at the bottom of the email. I just mention this in case someone else is looking for it below.

Is your router provided by Time-Warner or are you using your own router? Did
you or a Time-Warner technician have to do anything on your laptop? If you have
a wireless router from TW, do you have the information you need to connect to
the router, the pass phrase and all?

If you're getting 3 bars, it sounds like you are connecting to your network. I
assume when you say it isn't loading, you mean you can't get to things through
Safari. When you go into Settings -> Wifi, are you seeing your local network
listed?

I switch to Time Warner cable yesterday from Verizon wireless DSL. My iPhone
was connecting to the Wi-Fi fine yesterday but today the Wi-Fi on my phone
doesn't work. It does see the connection and it says it has three of three bars
but it does not load. I am using the same router as I was for Verizon wireless
my laptop does connect to the Wi-Fi perfectly fine I don't know what the
problem is any ideas. I have forgotten the network on the iPhone and no luck

the Time Warner modem but the router from Verizon Wireless because the Time
Warner modem does not have a router built in. I have found that when I turn off
the modem from Time Warner for a few seconds and then turn it back on the
wireless works again. It is annoying to do this every day though. I did this
yesterday twice. It is funny because it's only the Apple devices and not other
phones like the Samsung galaxy or other android.
