Hi all. This is the first time I've had to do this so I'm asking for some simple directions. I've always upgraded my phone at an apple store but have done it differently for the first time. I need some help in transferring everything across. I currently have an iPhone 4S and my new iPhone 5s, and running Windows 7 and NVDA on my laptop. I haven't even got iTunes installed, so know this is my first step. But can somebody talk me through in simple terms how to get things transferred from the 4S to the 5S. I am happy to have replies Off list if this is better to avoid cluttering up the list with simple unnecessary stuff. Thanks for any help Richard
