Yes, it's mentioned in the apps description that two beeps indicates a
two dollar bill.

The only thing I am not clear with the eyenote is, there is a single
beep or tone for a dollar bill, 3 beeps for a 5 dollar bill 4 for a ten
and 5 for $20.00 Am I just stupid or----why 3 beeps for a 5 and so on?

I just want to point out where to go for the settings for Eyenote. In
the native settings app on the phone, there is a submenu link for
Eyenote. Tap on it. By default, "show settings" is turned off. If one
toggles it on, within the Eyenote app there will be a settings button
that one can select speech, tones, or vibration. This feature use to be
in the older versions of Looktel Money Reader. To me, it's important
that this app has a choice in privacy when one is out in public. HTH.
